The role requires strong commercial acumen and solid technical grounding, as the incumbent will manage energy-related contracts, evaluate client requirements, and deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Sales Management Execute sales strategies for acquiring, developing, and retaining customer accounts in the energy sector (industrial/commercial). Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solutioning, pricing proposals, negotiations, closing, and after-sales support. Present technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer energy requirements. Maintain strategic customer relationships, ensuring sustainable account growth and satisfaction. Contract Acquisition & Management Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract structures aligned with company policies. Lead contract negotiation and preparation, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Monitor contract performance, renewals, and fulfillment of service-level commitments. Market Analysis & Data Management Gather and analyze market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activities, consumption patterns, and customer behavior). Prepare periodic market, customer, and competitor analysis reports using standard analytics tools. Build accurate and visually compelling presentations and dashboards for internal and external clients. Branding, Events & Stakeholder Engagement Participate in corporate branding initiatives, sponsorships, and industry exhibits. Represent Total Philippines Corporation in trade shows and customer engagement programs. Internal Collaboration Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements. Provide pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and account performance reports. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) (Technical education and licensure are required due to the role’s involvement in energy‑sector solutions, client assessments, and contract management.) Experience Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, Technical Sales, or Commercial roles within the energy, power, fuel, or industrial sectors. Experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, or customer technical evaluation is a strong advantage. Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of electrical systems and energy consumption patterns (load profiling, demand analysis, power/fuel supply setup). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic analytical tools. Ability to interpret technical data, site requirements, and energy‑related configurations.
