eClerx Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Accounting Delivery Head 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Department: Finance and Accounting Operations Work Setup: Hybrid Reports To: VP / Head of Global Finance Operations / CFO Direct Reports: Delivery Leads / Managers (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A, Compliance) POSITION SUMMARY The Accounting Delivery Head is responsible for managing and leading end-to-end finance and accounting service delivery across one or multiple regions or business units. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of accounting services—including Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Compliance, and Financial Reporting—in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and global standards. The position plays a critical leadership role in managing large shared services/GBS teams , driving process excellence, improving automation and efficiencies, ensuring strong internal controls, and acting as a strategic partner to senior finance leaders across the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery & Operations Management Lead the delivery of all accounting processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, Financial Reporting). Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies. Establish governance over SLAs, KPIs, workload capacity, and performance dashboards. Drive consistent adherence to accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls. Leadership & People Management Manage and develop Delivery Managers / Process Leads across multiple accounting towers. Build a high-performing finance operations team; oversee hiring, capability development, succession planning, and performance management. Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focus. Stakeholder Partnership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for business finance leaders (Controllers, FP&A, Tax, Treasury). Run regular governance meetings with regional/country finance stakeholders to review performance, risks, and improvement plans. Manage client/business satisfaction and elevate risks with mitigation plans. Finance Transformation, Automation & Continuous Improvement Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity (ERP improvements, RPA, workflow digitization). Implement standardization and harmonization of processes across geographies . Lead projects that reduce manual work, enhance controls, and improve process maturity. Internal Controls, Audit & Compliance Ensure SOX/ICFR compliance and strong internal controls environment. Coordinate with Internal Audit / External Audit and lead remediation actions. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting as required. QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course. CPA preferred (or equivalent certification). 12+ years of progressive F&A experience , with at least 5 years in leadership within shared services/GBS or large-scale operations. Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC). Experience managing senior stakeholders (Controllers, CFO, BU Finance Heads). Successful delivery of transformation or automation initiatives. Preferred Experience in multinational/global shared services environment. SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP system experience. Six Sigma / Lean / Project Management certification is an advantage.
