Overview

We’re hiring an IT Director (Workday & HR Automation) to drive Workday and HR application strategy for a workforce of 25,000+ employees.

About the Role

You’ll be the senior IT leader overseeing Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and HR integrations across payroll, benefits, background checks, and other vendor systems. Beyond managing delivery, you’ll partner directly with executives to shape strategy, influence direction, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday and HR application delivery, integrations, and ongoing support.
  • Manage and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Partner with IT and business executives to align HR technology with strategic goals.
  • Support HR and Recruiting operations for a global workforce of 25,000+ employees .
  • Drive automation, compliance, and efficiency across HR platforms.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in applications and automation leadership .
  • 5+ years providing technical support for HR and Recruiting systems in global setups.
  • 3–5 years managing teams delivering Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and integrations .
  • Background in public company/SEC-regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong influencing and executive communication skills.
Good-to-Have
  • Prior leadership in large-scale HR digital transformation.
  • Experience rolling out global HR automation initiatives.
