We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you Job Description Supervise a team of Back-Office Associates handling document review and downloading tasks Monitor daily productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members follow proper processes Perform quality checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy Assign workloads, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met Communicate with management regarding performance, challenges, and process improvements Motivate the team to stay focused and consistent when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks Handle escalation issues and ensure smooth workflow operations At least 6 months of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency with MS Office and Outlook Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and productivity Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines What Can We Offer You?
