We publish the Symby Index (cultural momentum) with whale transparency and insider pre-announce . Tiny team, high ownership, agentic-first build. Why this role exists (compressed scope) We’re taking a thin live slice in 30–45 days (one creator, invite-only cohort, geofenced, capped deposits) and then expanding to a 90-day alpha. You’ll anchor the architecture and stand up agentic workflows so a small team ships like a big one. What you’ll own Architecture spine: smby$ rails (USDC wrap/unwrap via partner), primary sale → TGE , AMM seeding at P₀ , transfer gating. Agentic pipelines: OpenAPI → scaffolds/handlers, property tests (AMM invariant; double-entry ledger), auto-runbooks from logs. Compliance rails: Tier-1 KYC + allowlist; whale prints (≥1% float, delayed/aggregated), insider pre-announce (manual at first). Operational guardrails: rate limits, simple breakers, demo/CLI for price-impact. Must-have experience Shipped fintech/crypto in production (exchange/broker/remittance/ledger/KYC). Backend hands-on (Go/Rust/TypeScript) + Postgres , eventing (Kafka/PubSub a plus). Real agentic workflows in practice (LangChain/CrewAI/AutoGen/etc.) generating code/tests/runbooks—not just theory. Comfort with double-entry , idempotent money moves, escrow/holds, and TGE/AMM mechanics. Writes crisp design docs, ships to interfaces, trims scope without drama. Nice to have AMM or MM experience, SEA on-ramp integrations, Terraform/k8s, ClickHouse/Grafana, prior PH launch. Scoreboard (what “good” looks like) OpenAPI published for /wallet, /sale, /pool, /swap, /disclosures. Repo scaffolds + CI; agent-generated tests (AMM invariant; ledger balances). Day 30 (thin live slice) smby$ ledger + escrow live w/ partner; primary sale → TGE in prod. Venue-seeded AMM at P₀; price-impact target ≤15–20% on $1k at open. Tier-1 KYC + allowlist; whale/insider policies enforced (manual + delayed prints). One creator live; invite-only cohort; deposit/trade caps; basic dashboards + runbooks. 2–5 creators; automated whale prints; tighter breakers; ≤10–12% impact target. Index v1 hardens; ops metrics/SLOs; LP registry optional. How we start (paid, respectful, fast) 4–6 week contract-to-hire , then convert to full-time with founder-level equity if we both like the fit.
