Client Implementation Officer MicroSourcing is seeking a dynamic Client Implementation Officer to lead the launch of new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey and timely project delivery. Location Manila, Philippines Work Setup & Shift Hybrid / Dayshift Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Strategic Project Leadership & Onboarding Excellence: Lead all phases from scoping to final handover, developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring on‑time deployment. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Solutioning: Act as liaison between client and internal departments (IT, HR, Recruitment, Operations), resolve bottlenecks and streamline processes. Risk Management & Retention: Identify and assess risks, create contingency plans, reduce client attrition during implementation. Process Optimization: Capture lessons learned, analyze successes/failures, document best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management & client, ensuring shared understanding and unified problem‑solving. Health & Safety of our People Ensure a safe, healthy, sustainable workplace for all; report hazards. Complete required training, compliance, and pursue professional development opportunities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align internal teams (operations, IT, QA) with client needs. Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet client quality standards. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential implementation risks. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and provide status reports to stakeholders. Key Skills and Capabilities Analytical Skills Critical Thinking Negotiation Skills Attention to Detail Strategic Planning Vendor/OEM Interaction Budget and Cost Management Leadership Abilities Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Qualifications and Typical Experience Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree (graduate studies an advantage). 3‑5 years of experience in Client Implementations/Transition of new clients/projects in an outsourcing setup. Experience in Operations Management, developing KPIs, team structure, and ops processes for both voice and non‑voice operations. Strong communication, planning, organization, analysis, team management, facilitation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving, and project management skills. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with personnel at various levels. Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Project Planning Tools, PowerPoint). Planning and analysis skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner. Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects with multiple‐level tasks and functions independently. Quickly grasp client business and organization to interact effectively with senior management and relevant departments. Ability to manage and supervise direct reports, contractors, and project team members. Preferred: Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with workflow routing/process. Experience managing multi‑phase projects. Experience with pioneering projects or start‑up of operations. Other Position Requirements Subject to business requirements, additional hours may be required. Will be required to travel and work across various sites. May support various client geos; flexibility in different work schedules is required.
