Overview
To be responsible for delivering professional, effective medical assistance services for patients and clients internationally to the highest standards of excellence in conjunction with Medical and Operational Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Assistance Services: Handle and assess medical calls globally, including offshore and maritime cases.
- Medical Assistance Services: Provide remote medical consultations and risk assessments.
- Medical Assistance Services: Coordinate medical care, transport, and monitor patient progress.
- Medical Assistance Services: Ensure compliance with occupational health standards (OSHA, IADC).
- Medical Assistance Services: Document and escalate cases appropriately.
- Medical Liaison and Reporting: Create detailed medical reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Medical Liaison and Reporting: Maintain professional and courteous communication.
- Medical Liaison and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Medical Transportation: Oversee medical evacuations and repatriations.
- Medical Transportation: Liaise with airlines and charter providers for medical clearances.
- Medical Transportation: Act as a medical escort when needed.
- Network Services and Referrals: Refer patients to appropriate care levels.
- Network Services and Referrals: Support teleconsultation processes.
- Network Services and Referrals: Contribute to provider assessments and network development.
- Promotion of Services: Participate in activities to promote Intl. SOS services.
- Promotion of Services: Assist in client and provider education about medical offerings.
- Licensed medical/nursing practitioner in the Philippines.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience; Emergency/ICU preferred.
- Experience in maritime, aviation, remote, or assistance medicine is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English .
