About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Operations to join our team at ResultsCX in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As a Supervisor Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position in the dynamic BPO industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of your team, including monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and addressing any issues or concerns
  2. Setting clear performance goals and expectations for your team, and ensuring they are met
  3. Fostering a positive and engaged work environment, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  5. Identifying training needs and implementing development plans for your team
  6. Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency
  7. Actively participating in the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the BPO industry, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and development
