Role Description This is a full-time remote (work from home) role for an Experienced Software QA Tester. Responsibilities will be for all existing and future web solutions, mobile apps and .NET websites. The Software QA Tester will be responsible for executing tests, ensuring software quality, and performing quality assurance tasks. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and document software quality issues. The Software QA Tester will also collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets established standards and requirements. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, BA, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria Develop manual test cases based on defined acceptance criteria and business requirements Validate data integrity and ensure correct behavior of forms, workflows and user interactions Conduct regression testing after deployments to ensure no existing functionality is broken Document test results and provide clear and concise defect logs in Azure DevOps Support Load testing and coordinates Performance/Perception Testing (as needed) Assist in UAT preparation and execution with stakeholders Help move the organization towards more automated testing Leverage AI where possible to aid in speeding the testing QA process Execute static and/or dynamic code scanning activities (when project requires) Provide recommendations for improving QA standards and processes Identify and analyses suitable opportunities for test automation Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify that software applications meet defined requirements, functional specifications, and usability standards Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends, defect patterns, and stability issues Participate in system rollouts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Other tasks as assigned.
