Overview

Enrollment Analyst - Health and Benefits Analyst (APAC) — WTW, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

The Enrolment (Data) Analyst within the Health & Benefits (H&B) team supports Asia Pacific clients in benefits enrolment and data validation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong data manipulation skills and experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration. Project management and customer support/management skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data; assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated; track and monitor ID cards; resolve client queries; support contract renewal activities related to membership/census listing provision and reconciliation; support interactions between clients, WTW, and insurance vendors.
  • Performance and Process Improvement: Apply practice-specific technology to deliver high-quality services; perform data validation and processing using agreed tools and standards; maintain attention to detail; provide input on product and process improvements; support continuous improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with processes, regulatory and legal requirements.
  • People and Collaboration: Build internal relationships and collaborate with teams across regions; demonstrate effective communication with associates in other Willis Towers Watson offices.
  • Clients: Meet timeliness and quality measures for each task/case; respond to requests efficiently; identify process improvements to increase team efficiency; coordinate with insurers for timely and accurate enrolment status updates; collaborate with H&B consultants and servicers to provide high-quality service.
  • Financial: Meet productivity goals; maintain accurate time records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with emphasis on mathematics or business.
  • 2-5 years’ work experience in an insurance company or an outsourcing company performing healthcare processes (e.g., claims, enrolment).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data entry, validation and manipulation (advanced Excel skills essential).
  • Ability to review and check data against domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand data applicability/accuracy; ability to ask questions and seek help when appropriate.
  • Strong sense of accountability, collaboration with a global team, and client service orientation; excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to work shift hours.
