Responsibilities

  1. Logistics Operations Coordination
  2. Point person for the actual/real-time location and status of trucks/drivers including updating of delivery fulfillment and documentation concerns, if any.
  3. Ensures proper and reliable relay of information from drivers to clients and vice versa regarding the deliveries and road/route concerns.
  4. Real-time updating and reporting of completed trips including fuel consumption per truck and other items/expenses related to the operations.
  5. Fleet Operations Coordination
  6. Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  7. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, repairs, fuel consumption, and costs.
  8. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies.
  9. Track vehicle insurance, registration, and other legal requirements.
  10. Administrative Tasks
  11. Train and support drivers and logistics staff on procedures, safety, and compliance.
  12. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operations and reduce costs.
  13. Assist the Safety and Security Officer in properly filing documentations required for Safety and Security including incidents and programs to be implemented.
  14. Assists the Sales Coordinator in monitoring the billing and collection including submission of billing statements to clients and collecting payments and transmittal of documents.
Qualifications
  • Can drive AT/MT vehicles on expressways, towns, city including long drives from North to South Luzon
  • With valid driver's license
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Documentation and people skills
  • Computer Literate, Adept in Google Workplace
  • (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to be assigned in Malolos, Bulacan (staff house available)
  • Amenable to Regular and Shifting Working Schedule
  • Can do extended working hours
  • Can report during holidays and extended hours when needed
