Delivery & Route Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily deliveries of Nestlé products to distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.
  • Optimize routes for cost efficiency, delivery speed, and product integrity, particularly for temperature-sensitive goods.
  • Monitor real-time vehicle movements and provide delivery status updates.

Driver & Fleet Management

  • Assign delivery tasks to drivers and ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Track driver performance and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.

Logistics Communication

  • Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure accurate order dispatching and load planning.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or changes.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate transport records including delivery receipts, trip logs, incident reports, and compliance documents.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on transport performance (e.g., on-time delivery, fuel usage, delivery success rate).

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure transport operations comply with company policies, road regulations, and Nestlé quality and food safety standards.
  • Uphold cold chain logistics protocols where required (chilled or frozen products).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport/logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics practices, route planning, and delivery tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs.
  • Willing to work in La Trinidad, Benguet.
  • Can start immediately.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with or distributing branded FMCG products such as NESTLÉ.
  • Familiarity with cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling.
  • Knowledge of local and regional transport regulations.
