Delivery & Route Coordination Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily deliveries of Nestlé products to distributors, retail partners, and key accounts. Optimize routes for cost efficiency, delivery speed, and product integrity, particularly for temperature-sensitive goods. Monitor real-time vehicle movements and provide delivery status updates. Driver & Fleet Management Assign delivery tasks to drivers and ensure vehicle readiness. Track driver performance and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for company vehicles. Logistics Communication Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure accurate order dispatching and load planning. Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or changes. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate transport records including delivery receipts, trip logs, incident reports, and compliance documents. Generate daily/weekly reports on transport performance (e.g., on-time delivery, fuel usage, delivery success rate). Compliance & Standards Ensure transport operations comply with company policies, road regulations, and Nestlé quality and food safety standards. Uphold cold chain logistics protocols where required (chilled or frozen products). Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport/logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage distribution. Strong knowledge of logistics practices, route planning, and delivery tracking. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs. Willing to work in La Trinidad, Benguet. Can start immediately. Preferred: Experience working with or distributing branded FMCG products such as NESTLÉ. Familiarity with cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling.
