Position: SAP PP/QM Consultant Employment Type: 6 MONTHS Renewable contract Experience Required: Min. 5+ years SAP PP/QM; 1–2 full cycle S/4HANA projects preferred Role Summary Seeking a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA to support manufacturing operations, quality processes, and system enhancements. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and deliver optimized production and quality management solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules in an S/4HANA environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Perform system configuration for Material Master, Routing, Work Centers, BOM, MRP, Production Orders, Inspection Plans, Results Recording, and Quality Notifications. Support S/4HANA manufacturing processes including MRP Live, Order-Based Planning, and advanced analytics. Provide expertise in integration with MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. Create functional specifications for RICEFW developments and coordinate with ABAP developers. Support go-live, end‑user training, documentation, and post‑implementation stabilization. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose best practices using S/4HANA capabilities. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP and/or SAP QM configuration Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, including new functionalities and Fiori apps. At least 1 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (preferred). Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality processes in a factory environment. Solid understanding of integration points with logistics and finance modules. Experience preparing functional specs, test scripts, and training materials. Strong problem‑solving, communication skills, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in PP or QM (advantage). Experience in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, or electronics. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
