Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads — restaurant owners, managers, and franchise operators who are interested in learning how the company can help their business. Your main focus will be to qualify these leads and set appointments for our sales team to close the deal.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with inbound leads quickly via phone, email, and chat
  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, goals, and fit for the company
  • Set-up meetings between interested restaurants and our Account Executives
  • Manage and update leads in our CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the lead-to appointment process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
