Overview

Global Director of Interim and Permanent Solutions. We’re looking for a Production Team Lead (PTL) to take ownership of a regional or client-specific portfolio, ensuring flawless production delivery across print, POSM, and creative execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of production managers, developing capabilities and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage production workflows, traffic, and processes (e.g., open orders, accruals)
  • Handle complex or high-spend production projects when required
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues—internally and externally
  • Drive process improvements and champion efficiency across the team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in print & POSM production management, with a strong industry background
  • Proven experience leading teams and working directly with clients
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Technology-driven approach to improving workflows
  • Strategic, big-picture thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
