Responsibilities Menu development and costing Inventory management and ordering Food preparation and presentation Ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a comparable leadership role within a professional kitchen Demonstrated expertise in Filipino cuisine is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional and possibly modern interpretations of Filipino dishes Extensive knowledge of various Filipino cooking methods, ingredients, and regional specialties Leadership & Management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a culinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to kitchen challenges Working Location Servando Restaurant and cafe, Villa Elisa Resort (Botolan).
