Job Description Overview

We\'re looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen, specializing in authentic Filipino cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of culinary excellence and a deep understanding of Filipino flavors and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Menu development and costing
  • Inventory management and ordering
  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a comparable leadership role within a professional kitchen
  • Demonstrated expertise in Filipino cuisine is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional and possibly modern interpretations of Filipino dishes
  • Extensive knowledge of various Filipino cooking methods, ingredients, and regional specialties
Leadership & Management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a culinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to kitchen challenges
