Data Migration Associate

Data Migration Associate – Strada Strada is a people‑, payroll‑, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management for over 180 countries. This role focuses on all activities that implement payroll services in multiple countries, supporting both strategic planning and execution of data migration projects. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Strada’s payroll operational standards and project implementation methodology. Execute Data Migration stages (ETL/V) for testing and deployment. Resolve small to medium complexity functional issues in the application environment and track technology errors to ensure resolution. Document local DM activities, adjust the Data Migration Strategy where needed, and keep the local DM plan updated, respecting timelines. Collaborate with the Workstream Lead and PM/Program Manager to support country implementation, plan, report, and proactively raise issues. Share experience and suggest improvements on data modelling and templates, ensuring delivery and communicating data requirements to the client. Lead and conduct DM Kick‑off and Q&A sessions with the customer. Coordinate with the Data Scientist team for Data Quality Assessment and support data cleansing with the client. Support testing activities, perform data load cycles, or instruct DM Support as needed. Maintain RAID log for data issues and ensure successful completion of the DM cycle within time and budget. Manage data reconciliation and validation phases or instruct DM Support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 1 year of experience (preferred) in Data Migration projects involving HR data. Willing to work in shifts and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Team player and strong leadership qualities. Understanding of Human Resources, payroll concepts, and related Data Migration processes. Functional knowledge of HRIS technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and payroll systems (SAP PY, PT, FIORI). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with ETL is a plus. Passport and willingness to travel for business purposes. High level of English proficiency required.
