Delivery Associate – Role Overview We are looking for a Delivery Associate to join Strada, a global people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. Operating in 180+ countries, Strada designs and delivers people‑first solutions powered by cloud‑based technology. Responsibilities Process payrolls and HRIS tasks ensuring accuracy and TAT. Provide effective payroll and HRIS service, ensuring accurate and timely salary payment. Respond to external customer requests, queries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty. Own and manage quality and accuracy of operational tasks of the team. Support and help facilitate 100% SLA attainment for the team through effective WFM. Be a SPOC to internal/external clients. Champion process innovation for the team. Prioritize, allocate and action daily tasks to meet SLA. Build and nurture constructive relationships with the onshore team and internal colleagues from other business areas. Calculate, prepare and transmit manual payments and third‑party disbursements. Coach and advise team members on systems and PC usage. Suggest ways in which systems and procedures can be improved to enhance the business. Track and manage SLAs. Help TL manage escalations including RCAs, tracking, data collation and analysis. Qualifications Key experience and required competencies for this role: Bachelor's Degree holder. 0.6‑3 Years experience. PC Literacy – Word and Excel (Basic Level). Good technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systems. Track record of face‑to‑face, telephone, and written contact with customers. Skills Good communication skills.
