Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with business objectives, campaigns, and customer journey stages. Optimise social media profiles, ensuring messaging and branding are consistent across channels. Lead the development of compelling, conversion-focused content (social posts, blogs, infographics, videos, and ads) tailored to Telco audiences. Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets. Partner with the PPC team to align content and creatives with paid campaigns. Provide input for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversions. Apply basic PPC knowledge to support campaign execution and reporting when needed. Monitor, analyse, and report on social and content performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rates). Identify opportunities for growth through A/B testing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Translate insights into actionable strategies to continuously improve ROI. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in social media management and content strategy, ideally in the Telco, SaaS, or Tech industries. Strong track record of driving measurable results (brand awareness, engagement, and conversions). What Success Looks Like Increased brand visibility and engagement across targeted digital platforms. Consistent delivery of high-quality content that educates and converts Telco audiences. Direct contribution to conversion rate growth through optimised campaigns.
