JOB SUMMARY

• The Compliance & Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for daily stock monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels across all retail stores nationwide. Based in the Parañaque head office, this role works closely with retail store operations to track inventory movement, detect variances, and ensure stock availability through regular coordination and system monitoring.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily and Monthly monitoring and checking of the Stocks Movement Monitoring Sheet (SMMS) submitted and reported by all retail stores.
• Monitor daily stock levels of all retail stores through inventory reports and direct coordination.
• Detect, document, and report discrepancies such as variances, stock losses, or errors in transfers by using stock movement monitoring sheet.
• Assist in planning and executing inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, annual), including occasional travel to stores for physical audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for replenishment, stock transfers, and item pull-outs.
• Initiate instructions given by immediate superior.
• Conduct basic spot audit of stores as directed by the immediate superior.
• Maintain and update inventory records using internal systems (POS, RPro, or Google Sheets).
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly inventory summary reports to retail operations and warehouse.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and at risk-stocks to support inventory decisions. Give assistance to merchandising on proper stock allocation of items
• Extract inventory on hand of the store to validate and confirm the declared qty of the store personnel.
• Help enforce inventory procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist RSOD Team in preparing and processing the outright orders and to ensure meeting the deadlines.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Bachelor’s degree in any business or supply chain-related course.
• Experience in inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, or retail operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good with follow-through.
• Strong communication skills; able to coordinate with stores nationwide.
• Willing to travel occasionally for inventory spot audits both in NCR and provincial branches.
