Job Description- Oversee and manage pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee drug product launches, develop marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3 years in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in pharmaceutical industry knowledge, regulatory environment, strong communication and organizational skills, digital marketing tools, and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential travels to conferences and meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
