Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER (Fully Remote / Night Shift) Work Location: This is a fully remote position. Employees work from home and can be located anywhere in the Philippines. Work Schedule: In this role you'll be working U.S. traditional hours (Philippine night shift) Job Summary: The project manager will own a number of assigned projects and be responsible for delivering them successfully within budget, time deadlines, and quality parameters. Exceptional communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills are essential. Expectations and Responsibilities ROLE OVERVIEW The company is running multiple projects of varying scale and scope that are all critical in the success of the organization's strategy and goals and objectives. The Project Manager will be expected to take on full ownership and responsibility for a limited number of projects. This role will be required to deliver these projects successfully by meeting the time, quality, and budget targets defined for each project. To be successful in the role, the candidate must have experience in successfully leading multiple projects, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks. They must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Assertiveness and strong leadership skills are also critical. The candidate must also have experience of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Collaborate and coordinate with project leads to ensure that all projects have completed and defined project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, and risk registers Lead or support project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to set objectives and standards Coordinate and monitor the activities of the project team members and, as applicable, the vendors and contractors Report and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and to the Leadership Team to always ensure alignment and clarity Identify, communicate and, if necessary, escalate deviations from the project plan Proactively manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions Ensure that the project outcomes, lessons learned, and project performance are documented Documents status and updates from multiple on-going projects using Maestro completely, accurately, and as per defined deadlines OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes Create project presentations or reports as requested by sponsors, stakeholders, or the Leadership Team QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree 5+ years leading project delivery. Experience working on projects related to software development, customer operations, process optimization, or knowledge development or management is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are important. Experience using project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Monday.com and Power BI is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and communicate with a variety of audiences. Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority. Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong team collaboration skills. including reliability, positivity, problem-solving, and respect for diversity. Experience leading virtual meetings. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in working remotely and during US-business hours (Philippine night shift). Strong background in leading process improvements programs preferred. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
