Functional Scope

  • Achieves targeted Percentage (%) Volume and production efficiency.
  • Supervises daily production activities and prepares schedules to ensure policy compliance.
  • Validates line manpower to meet approved Time and Motion Study (TMS) and production efficiency goals.
  • Supervises and orients production personnel for efficient operations.
  • Identifies team issues and provides ongoing support according to operating standards.
  • Checks materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy against project mock-ups.
  • Conducts line leader training to strengthen leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Addresses production bottlenecks reported by line leaders and reports to appropriate authorities.
  • Reviews staff performance periodically and implements programs for optimal performance.
  • Ensures accurate recording of attendance via daily production reports and database encoding.
  • Ensures safety policies are followed, aiming for Zero Lost Time Incidents.
  • Prepares and submits weekly and monthly management reports with necessary data and analysis.
  • All reports are approved by the department or business unit head.
  • Defines and documents process requirements for automation updates or revisions.
  • Adheres fully to the company's discipline code.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the WPO Head or Head of Operations.

Administrative Scope

  • Ensures team members are knowledgeable of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Acts as a trainer and coach to maximize team efficiency and results.
  • Updates the team on new directives, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintains proper work decorum, attire, and ethics among team members.
  • Ensures punctuality, attendance, and positive work attitude.
  • Fosters good interpersonal relationships within the team.
  • Communicates company policies and discipline standards clearly.
  • Manages team morale and motivation.
  • Handles communications across the organization, regulators, and clients as needed.
  • Collaborates with other departments and management for shared goals.
  • Conducts regular performance appraisals and discusses improvement plans.
  • Holds monthly team meetings with documented minutes and action points.
  • Allocates time for urgent meetings and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Maintains professionalism at all times.
  • Monitors social media and internet usage during work hours, ensuring compliance.
  • Checks Wi-Fi connectivity and reports issues to IT.
  • Ensures work-related use of messaging apps during work hours.
