Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.

  • Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines.
  • Develop company systems for customer interaction and voice response and control the implementation process.
  • Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
  • Aid human resources department in recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations.
  • Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance and scheduling expenses.
  • Summarize, collect and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
  • Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking call center trends and active participation in team projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Salary: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift; Shift system

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; Performance bonus

  • Assist in building and managing strong and lasting client relationships during the entire client lifecycle. Maximize testimonials and client referrals and minimize client attrition.
  • Promote teamwork with providers. Provide the practice owners and office staff with a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to EHR developers, training staff, and RCM analysts.
  • Help practice owners reach business goals using Vericle software and services.
  • Improve client profitability, including RCM, office workflow, compliance, EHR configuration, patient scheduling, and patient care documentation.
  • Discover and troubleshoot client practice management and RCM problems.
  • Teach practice owners how to use Vericle’s embedded analytics and third-party apps to improve profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes.
  • Build CRM processes and systems to improve professionalism and scalability of Vericle systems and services.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO
  • Experience managing multiple US healthcare provider relationships
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts
  • Familiar with US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
  • Understand CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats
