Job Description

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

The Product Management Analysts are critical players in the Product Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance - in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. As such, Product Management is vital to driving increases in revenue from company’s range of products, services, channels, and processes. It is about driving the performance of existing products rather than developing new products (there is a separate team for that).

The Product Management Analysts will report to the Head of Product Management and will be responsible for the gathering and analysis of product performance data and the communication of actions that result from this analysis to the functions and teams who need to take action to improve performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand product performance data in detail - sources, meaning, implications
• Complete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process and channel according to pre-set KPIs
• Complete communication process on basis of performance analysis to address issues with centres and functions
• Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs as defined - leveraging company's sources of billing and customer data
• Sugest new KPIs and new ways of looking at performance to identify new pockets of revenue improvement
• Work closely with different departments within the company to improve the analysis and presentation of products

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or any related field
• Minimum 2 years data analytics experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel is essential
• Advanced Standard Query Language (SQL; Python) skills are highly valued
• Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Data Analytics: 2 years (required)
• SQL: 2 years (required)
• Python: 2 years (required)
• Shared Services/BPO, multinational company: 1 year (required)

Job Description

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Holds active and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license
• Must have at least 3 months experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
• Experience in a front-office (voice) call center or BPO back-office environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is an advantage
• Must be amenable to work in Cubao, Eastwood, Mandaluyong, and other possible Accenture sites in Metro Manila
• Comply with Contract Addendum
• 100% attendance during the whole duration of the Program
• Includes: no tardiness, no cutting classes during the USRN Build Program
• Must complete and pass at least 3 Internal Examinations with a passing score of 70%
• Must complete and pass the Post-Diagnostic Test with the passing score of 80%
• Must comply with the assessment and evaluation recommendations
• Must take the Final Examination 1 week after the Final coaching
