Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and answer questions from the Sales and Marketing team in Slack and Jira
• Automate reporting and visualization of Sales & Marketing metrics in Tableau
• Provide operational support for Analytics & Insights initiatives
• Ensure quality of data and accuracy of downstream reporting through precise attention to detail
• Create analyses that tell a story focused on insights, not just data
• Create enablement materials
• Other related duties to support internal and external teams in creating marketing strategies, measuring business performance, or analyzing trends

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on analyzing large data sets and building user-friendly dashboards
• Experience wrangling imperfect data and writing efficient SQL
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in Tableau
• Experience creating dashboard documentation for end users
• Strong communication with stakeholders; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Nice-to-have: experience with marketing, sales or customer datasets; dashboard/analytics enablement material experience
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree; specific field not mandatory
