Job Description Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Pay Insurance Health & Wellness HMO Configure and customize Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases workflows and dashboards Develop and maintain custom objects flows validation rules Lightning pages approval processes and custom metadata Build and optimize custom components Apex LWC Visualforce where needed Manage data models permission sets roles profiles and sharing rules Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions Support integration with external systems ServiceNow email platforms data sources etc. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and performance bottlenecks Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework Fusion Risk Management or similar managed packages Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields flows validation rules and approval processes Proficiency in Apex SOQL LWC and Process Builder Experience with Salesforce security model including OWD roles sharing rules and permission sets Familiarity with DevOps tools e.g. Git Copado Gearset and deployment best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM201 and Platform Developer I PD1 Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow Outlook or other third-party systems Knowledge of Fusion specific data models and resilience use cases Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments Fusion Framework Apex SQQL LWC Preview HR Officer Trinity Workforce Solutions, Inc.
