Overview
To process compensation and benefits and perform other related tasks in accordance with the company's development and operational objectives:
Responsibilities- Process salaries, bonuses, and other benefits. Review, analyze, and maintain payroll data.
- Manage HR and attendance data tasks.
- Handle company taxes, government mandatory benefits and insurance data.
- Establish and maintain organizational and HR policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and deductions.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments, such as overtime and salary changes.
- Review and validate timekeeping records for accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and tax forms to employees, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with BIR payroll tax regulations, including timely submission of payroll taxes and required reports.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax rates, and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
- Assist with payroll-related audits, providing documentation and support as required.
- Liaison / prepare reports for SSS,Philhealth & Pag Ibig including benefits computations and employee applications.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Human Resources).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and timekeeping systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, including calculating wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
