DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process monthly payments for employee contributions and loans to SSS, PHILHEALTH, and HDMF. Maintain regular communication with SSS, PHILHEALTH, and HDMF offices regarding updates, loan statuses, and payment details. Submit and process employee loan and benefit claim applications with SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF, and tie‑up banks. Update employee salary deductions in the payroll system regularly. Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation packages at all times. Collect and verify timekeeping data for all employees to ensure accurate salary payments. Secure approval from the employee’s immediate supervisor for overtime, official business, undertime, and leave requests before processing payroll. Accurately calculate salaries based on hours worked, factoring in leaves and overtime in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to deductions, adjustments, etc. Investigate payroll discrepancies and report findings to the HR Manager for timely resolution. Prepare and submit payroll, employee loan, and government premium reports to the immediate supervisor for approval before release. Safeguard all payroll and payroll‑related documents by storing them securely. Process employee salary loan applications with partner banks, including: Verifying completeness of application forms and supporting documents in coordination with employees prior to approval. Calculating loan eligibility, interest, and loanable amounts. Submitting and monitoring loan applications. Recording new loans for payroll deductions. Verifying monthly loan bills and facilitating payment processing. Monitor and track employee vacation leave (VL), sick leave (SL), and emergency leave (EL). Secure official business (OB), overtime (OT), and undertime (UT) requests for payroll processing. Manage tasks related to the company’s Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and dental programs: Organize and coordinate company vaccination programs. Schedule and coordinate employee annual physical exams. Update records of current, new, and deleted employees for annual renewal of health insurance coverage, including dependents. Verify and process HMO administrative fee charges. Coordinate reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by employees when consulting unaccredited physicians. Assist employees in securing leave of absence (LOA) for consultations or laboratory tests. Handle tasks related to employee personal accident insurance coverage: Update records of employees for annual renewal of insurance coverage, including dependents. Enroll new employees in the accident insurance program. Assist employees with accident insurance claims. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of any business-related course With pleasing personality and good inter‑personal skills Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations Knowledgeable in payroll processing and relevant software applications such spreadsheets, word processing, and database management Outstanding organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
