Oversee the content development process of a specific project, with particular attention to adherence to set processes and timelines. Set up and maintain a record of all projects and talents involved in each. Monitor the progress of each project and make periodic reports regarding such. Accept and file documents endorsed by other departments at different stages of the content development process. Maintain updated copies of forms, evaluation tools, and other necessary documents used in the content development process. Ensure that all documents are provided to authors, DEs, CLEs, and other talents at specific points in the content development process. Ensure that all necessary documents are submitted by authors, DEs, CLEs, and others involved in the content development process at specific points in the content development process. Respond to queries from authors, DEs, CLEs, and other outsourced talents. Coordinate with other departments regarding inquiries and concerns as to content, process, and timeline. Come up with catch‑up plans and strategies to ensure that projects meet the deadline in case of delays. Report issues and concerns to the Inhouse DE Specialists and the Developmental Editing Manager. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
