The Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and therapeutic programs that promote the physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional development of children with special needs. The OT helps clients enhance their daily living skills, motor coordination, sensory processing, and social participation through evidence-based, play-centered, and individualized therapy plans.

The role requires collaboration with families, teachers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for every child enrolled at Ausome Minds Therapy Center.

  1. Assess the child's developmental and functional abilities.
  2. Create and implement individualized therapy programs.
  3. Monitor and record each child's progress.
  4. Work with parents and teachers to support therapy goals at home and in school.
  5. Maintain accurate reports and follow center and PRC guidelines.
  6. Continue learning new therapy techniques and best practices.
