Ensure contract language meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in creating and maintaining fee schedules and related documentation. Maintain accurate records of contract terms, service lines, and amendments. Research and summarize payer requirements and contractual conditions for internal stakeholders. Keep an updated inventory of payer agreements and payment policies. Communicate policy changes and provide timely updates to relevant teams. Draft formal correspondence to payers regarding compliance issues or disputes. Collaborate with leadership to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies. Analyze performance metrics tied to value-based arrangements; prepare dashboards and reports for leadership. Support readiness assessments for alternative payment models through market analysis. Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract terms and conditions with thorough research. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in managed care, healthcare analytics, or consulting. Strong analytical skills with experience in medical economics or related functions. Proficiency in SQL; Crystal reporting experience preferred. Familiarity with contract/document management systems (e.g., MediTract, tThrive, Symplr) is a plus.
