Monitoring accounts payable statements to identify debts owed to their company Contacting customers or business partners to notify them of overdue payments and documenting debts collected. Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing. Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer. Qualifications: Graduate or undergraduate Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to handle customer complaints With Experience in BPO or lending company Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English; Amenable to working on shifts, holidays, weekends, and extended work hours Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and etc. Understand micro-lending knowledge and answer customer inquiries correctly.
