On-site - Makati 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Performance Bonus Government Mandated Benefits Analyze market conditions to determine the feasibility and potential profitability of properties and business opportunities Review and analyze sales and marketing trends and reports; prepare summarized presentations for management information Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to real estate sales and marketing processes and policies Assist the Sales & Marketing Head and Assistant Head in developing realistic goals focused on process and policy improvement Oversee business operations to ensure alignment with standard procedures of Sales and Marketing while maintaining distinction from other departments Ensure productivity and operational efficiency, with proper setting and achievement of the department’s KRAs Oversee proper branding execution across all projects Supervise the creation, enhancement, and implementation of Sales and Marketing processes and policies, ensuring effective monitoring and progress tracking Monitor the S&M team’s individual development plans and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Head and Assistant Head for scheduled trainings and continuous staff development, including the growth of Sellers Qualifications: Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration major in Economics, Marketing, or any equivalent field Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with strong knowledge of business management principles Excellent research and data analysis skills, with a solid understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques Outstanding communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Fast learner who can work with minimal supervision; able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development Ability to analyze company procedures, create, and implement necessary improvements Possesses a high sense of urgency and can deliver within the given timeframe or deadline Government-mandated benefits: SSS, HDMF, and PHIC 15 Vacation Leaves and 15 Sick Leaves per annum (6 Sick Leaves available after six months of continuous employment) Life insurance upon hiring HMO coverage upon regularization Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
