
Reward & Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Develop awareness of the Reward COE programs and strategy to align work activities accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
- Assist in collating statistical and financial data to inform decision-making and action.
- Support end-to-end annual pay and bonus processes, including data validation and process improvement.
- Manage benefits administration for core and flexible benefits, resolving issues and ensuring scheme maintenance.
- Contribute to wider People projects with a Reward remit and participate in global Reward team projects.
- Provide detailed analysis covering all areas of remuneration and performance to support decision-making.
- Act as a point of reference to guide and advise others in the team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Produce appropriate analysis reports as required by the People population and wider business.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Proven experience as a reward analyst in a large corporate environment.
- Experience in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working across geographical boundaries.
- Experience in providing excellent client service.
- Experience in a compensation and/or benefits role in a large complex organisation.
- Experience in a global team.
- Experience working with data for decision making.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree in People, Human Resources, Economics or Management related discipline.
- Relevant People, Human Resources or Business qualifications.
