What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark- Provide assistance to the Online Sales Director by supervising floor operations to maximize productivity and meet hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets for the whole sales team, especially on weekends.
- Assist in creating high performing Business Development Specialists (BDS) with consistent uptrends beyond sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Online Sales Director in planning and developing sales strategies, programs, rewards, and other periodic sales meetings.
- Assist the Online Sales Director and HR team with recruitment by interviewing and hiring new BDS who are a good fit in skills and behavior to support the team and company.
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to understand team performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend trainings and refresher programs.
- Coach, mentor, evaluate and provide feedback to ensure teams deliver exceptional sales performance backed by high-quality service.
- Lead by example by conducting regular floor walks to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines (IT Policy, Code of Conduct, WF Policy, QA Policy, Dress Code, Attendance Policy, Sales Guidelines, etc.).
- Sales Team Leader experience or supervisory role for at least 1 year.
- Experience as a BDS, sales rep, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant reporting tools.
- Vast knowledge of all products and services across brands and internal tools (CRMS, Zendesk, Touch Point, Web Hosting Manager, cPanel, etc.).
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
