What you will do / Responsibilities Develop comprehensive process maps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze existing databases to determine missing fields and categorize data types. Leverage AI tools to enhance data management systems for accurate operations. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI solutions addressing data-related challenges. Provide actionable insights to enhance processes aligned with business objectives. Qualifications / Requirements Experience: At least 5 years in business analysis with a strong focus on digital transformation projects, including expertise in process improvement, requirements gathering, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions in organizational settings. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and data analysis tools; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; experience with Jira, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel; and familiarity with process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio; collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Miro. Non-Negotiables: Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience with database management and data analysis software.
