The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronic devices. They will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the functionality and quality of each repaired device. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in various Apple products, such as mobile devices and laptops. Disassemble and reassemble devices to perform repairs, including replacing faulty components, soldering printed circuit boards, and reprogramming as necessary. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify hardware and software malfunctions accurately. Follow repair procedures and standards to ensure the quality and reliability of repaired devices. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer communications. Collaborate with other team members to streamline repair processes and improve overall efficiency. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and repair techniques in the consumer electronics industry. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Qualifications Preferably at least 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, mobile phones, and other Apple devices. TESDA or other certification has an advantage. Proficiency in using various diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, electronic testing instruments, and software. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Graduate of any related technical/vocational/bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical courses. Proficient in Microsoft office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willing to work onsite 5 days/week in Mandaluyong City.
