Account Managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.

The Account Manager will also be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting up meetings with quality leads for the Enderun Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  1. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  2. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  3. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  4. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  5. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  6. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  7. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  8. Identifying industry trends.
  9. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  10. Conduct research for target market which may include SWOT analysis and strategizing during team meetings.
  11. Contact new leads derived from list, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, outbound calls, chat, etc.).
  12. Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
  13. Conduct initial qualification of leads.
  14. Set appointments for Business Development team for program discussion and goal of closing qualified leads.
  15. Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication or any related course.
  2. With 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good media relations.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  7. A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Highly computer literate.
  10. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  11. Work onsite at our McKinley Hill Campus three times a week, twice a week remote work.
