Job Title: Systems Support Account ManagerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Systems Support Account Manager to join our growing team. This role blends system setup, workflow oversight, and account coordination to support the success of our client-facing Account Managers. The ideal candidate will bring strong process management capabilities, a high level of data accuracy, solid IT proficiency, and a commercial mindset—especially within the property sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Setup & ManagementConfigure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts Ensure systems are optimized to support seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction Process & Workflow ManagementDevelop, document, and refine internal workflows to improve operational efficiency Monitor ongoing processes and proactively address bottlenecks or errors Data Integrity & Quality ControlMaintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits Implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy throughout the client lifecycle Client Support CoordinationCollaborate closely with client-facing Account Managers to support account delivery Assist with the preparation of client reports, proposals, and system demonstrations IT & Systems ProficiencyUse general IT tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, databases, reporting tools) to manage and troubleshoot client systems Provide first-level internal technical support and liaise with external providers as needed Commercial AcumenUnderstand the property market context of our clients to better align operational support Contribute to commercial discussions and account reviews using relevant system data and insights Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in systems support, operations, or account management Strong process management and optimization skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proficiency in standard IT tools (e.g., CRMs, Excel, collaboration platforms, databases) Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Basic understanding of the commercial property sector or a strong willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment Preferred QualificationsExperience in system setup or onboarding in a SaaS or property-related context Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Monday.com) Background or interest in commercial real estate or facilities management Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Somewhere by 2x Get notified about new Account Manager jobs in Philippines .
