Business Analyst (Clark - Onsite)

Location : Clark, Pampanga
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Arrangement : Onsite

Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis (strong data analysis background) or similar role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analysing business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Creating detailed process maps and workflow documentation
  • Developing data models and performing statistical analysis
  • Building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other systems
  • Testing system changes and validating data accuracy
  • Supporting our Salesforce reporting capabilities and overall business objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis (strong data analysis background) or similar role.
  • Salesforce experience is ideal (also open to candidates with other system experience).
  • Candidate must be proactive, investigative, and system-oriented.
  • Supports system changes and process improvements.
  • Build formulas, calculations, and reports.
  • Automate reporting and analysis.
  • Investigate data and system issues to provide solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team.

  • Financial planning, Workforce planning.
  • Financial improvement projects.
  • Support management reporting and decision-making.
  • Management information/management reporting to drive insights and draw out improvement opportunities.
