Home-Based AP Specialist

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software. Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software. In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation. Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required.
