Qualifications for Accounting Assistant

Job Requirements for Accounting Assistant

  2. At least one (1) year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support is an advantage.
  3. The candidate should have a working knowledge of accounting systems and software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
  4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  5. The ability to accurately prepare and maintain financial records and reports is required.
  6. Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. The candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  8. Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  10. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
