The Treasury Officer must be meticulous and reliable, and can manage the daily cash flow of our company. The Treasury Officer’s responsibilities will include maintaining bank relationships, conducting regular bank reconciliations, managing internal fund transfers, and assisting with financial planning.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial regulations, excellent mathematical skills, and experience in treasury operations. The goal is to provide effective support to the treasury department and help maintain the financial health of our company.

Day to Day activity:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Tracking and monitoring cash flow and managing bank accounts
  • Processing payments and invoices accurately and timely
  • Coordinating with other departments to gather and analyze financial data
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Performing various financial analyses to assess the financial status of the company
  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions
  • Carrying out regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Implementing and managing investment strategies
  • Maintaining records of all financial transactions and preparing periodic financial reports

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of daily cash flow and trading operations
  • Conduct regular bank account reconciliations
  • Help with the formulation of financial strategies and plans
  • Prepare and present financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and controls
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely financial information

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Assist in the management of company investments

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of financial and banking processes
  • Knowledge of financial software and databases
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
