Your role & responsibilities The Junior Technical Support ensures all field support requests and IT asset maintenance are properly attended to and aligned with the Service Level Agreement. Some responsibilities include: Conduct diagnostics upon receipt of an assigned escalation ticket. Assess and identify best options for issues. Execute identified solutions. Document work completion.
