Job Opening: Video Editor (UGC / VSL, Meta Ads) Highlights

  • Remote, full-time contractor (~40 hrs/week, tracked via Hubstaff)

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 GST (Dubai time), with a 1-hour break

  • English fluency required

  • Focus: UGC ads & VSLs for direct-response e-commerce campaigns

What you’ll do

  • Edit and adapt UGC/VSL creatives for Meta Ads according to scripts, briefs, and brand guidelines

  • Apply direct-response techniques: strong hook (≤3s), pacing, social proof, CTA

  • Collaborate with creative strategists and content managers; implement feedback quickly

  • Follow SOP-driven workflows and maintain high quality at scale

What we’re looking for

  • Portfolio with e-commerce ad work (UGC/VSL for Meta) — required

  • Hands-on experience with direct-response video structure: problem → solution → social proof → CTA

  • Proficiency in video editing and adding subtitles, text layers, and visual effects

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools is a plus

  • English fluency required

  • Up to 30–40 seconds long

  • Built for direct-response (hook, pacing, CTA, social proof)

Compensation & conditions

  • Contractor, ~40 hours/week (tracked via Hubstaff)

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 GST (Dubai time), with a 1-hour break

  • Compensation: $1,500/month (via Payoneer, twice monthly) + performance bonuses for winning ads

  • Paid access to tools: Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.

  • PTO available upon request, subject to business needs
