Our Digital Experience Platform is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team in the Philippines. In this position you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, focusing on custom development and third-party integrations. What you'll do Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex and Visualforce. Design and develop high-performance, reusable Salesforce components including Lightning. Ensure application quality through rigorous testing and maintain >89% code coverage. Debug and resolve issues, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with clients confidently, taking ownership of project deliverables. About you Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development. Experience with tools like MavensMate or Eclipse for Force.com. Strong problem-solving and client communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, ADM 301, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. Minimum 1 year of Agile experience.
