Job Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our business processes. A strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and drive innovation is essential. What You Will Be Responsible For Develop and Customize Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. Integrate AI Tools: Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, third-party AI platforms) to enhance predictive analytics, automate processes, and improve user experiences. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize Performance: Ensure scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce configurations, adhering to best practices and governor limits. Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and industry best practices. What You Bring to the Position Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL. AI Tool Expertise: Demonstrated experience integrating and leveraging AI tools, such as Salesforce Einstein, for analytics, automation, or personalization. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration with external systems. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II or other advanced certifications preferred. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and MuleSoft. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git or Salesforce DX. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Compensation The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between 70,000 and 100,000 monthly. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
