We are looking for a passionate UX Engineer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can blend creative design thinking with strong technical development skills—turning ideas and wireframes into high-performing, visually engaging, and user-centric web applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams , designers , and project leadership to define and refine the scope of product features. Partner with backend and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs and seamless integration between UI and APIs. Translate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows into functional and reusable UI components. Design and iterate user interfaces that drive intuitive interactions and improve user experience and productivity. Participate in user story definition with product management, focusing on user goals and functional outcomes. Create and maintain interaction design documentation , including conceptual models, user flows, wireframes, and design specifications. Maintain awareness of UI/UX best practices , accessibility standards, and modern web design trends. Define and maintain UI governance standards , taxonomies, and content structure across products. Contribute to product delivery with a focus on consistency, usability, and design quality . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in frontend development and UI/UX design . Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch . Familiarity with UX design principles , information architecture , and prototyping methodologies . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong eye for detail.
