Position: Payroll Supervisor

Work Schedule: Midshift

Salary: PHP 45,000 - Php 52,000

Work Set Up: Work on site

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including regular payroll, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Review and validate timesheets, work hours, and leave records to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure that payroll is processed according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to payroll staff, ensuring compliance with payroll policies.
  • Train and mentor payroll team members on best practices, software use, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 4+ years of payroll experience
  • with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • With at least have work experience from a BPO company.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus
  • With experience in laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems is advantage
